HOW I WORK

MY PROCESS

I am a creative guide and mentor. Using a holistic multi-sensory approach, I help you navigate through uncertainty and discover your purpose, passion and path forward.

My sessions include movement, with sound and instruments, and therapeutic artmaking. Through my approach, I help you find peace and connection within your own body, mind and spirit. When you take time for yourself and your body, you feel more relaxed and nourished. These sessions allow you to move with awareness and to listen to your body in a new way. 

SESSIONS

Come take some time to feel present in your body and move at your own pace and your own rhythm. This is about taking time for yourself, connecting with your body perhaps in a new way that is more about listening, quieting down and connecting. 

Each session starts out with gentle stretching which helps with flexibility and from there I help you explore movement which allows you to quiet down the body and mind, resulting in increased awareness and feeling centered and grounded in your body in a way that is different from fitness and athletic training

From this place of centered connection, creativity flows. Let go of ideas of perfection. Your inner wisdom will guide you using the materials I provide to create whatever best expresses who you are. My process allows you to tap into your inner wisdom which provides meaning and inspiration for your life’s journey.
